Several Gulfstream aircrafts are undergoing base maintenance checks

AMAC Aerospace is pleased to announce to have been awarded with several new maintenance projects. On a privately-owned Boeing BBJ 737, an 'ADS-B Out' and 'CPDLC'-FANS-System will be installed.

AMAC Aerospace are proud to announce three new awarded maintenance projects on Gulfstream aircrafts: AMAC Aerospace will welcome a Gulfstream G550 in December 2019. The Head of State G550 will undergo an annual check in Basel, Switzerland. A new customer signed a contract to undergo a 6- and 12-months inspection. The privately-owned aircraft will arrive in the next couple of weeks in Basel, Switzerland. By the end of October, AMAC Aerospace will open its hangar doors for the third Gulfstream G550; AMAC will carry out a 72-months inspection on the privately owned G550.

Swift AOG support on an Airbus ACJ 319 successfully delivered

A Head of State Airbus A319 had some troubles during its flight missions and once again AMAC has been contracted for an AOG support on short notice. An Airbus ACJ 318 will enter AMAC's hangar to carry out a 1A and an 'OOP' (Out Of Phase) task. The privately-owned aircraft will arrive by the end of the month.

AMAC Aerospace was once again able to prove its ability for an immediate reaction of an urgent request. AMAC received a call for an urgent replacement of a windshield on a Gulfstream G550. Thanks to the immediate reaction and response of AMAC's Managers and Supervisors the Gulfstream G550 was welcomed a few hours later at AMAC's hangar in Basel, Switzerland. The skilled AMAC technicians underwent a double windshield replacement during a night shift and the Gulfstream G550 could be released at the next day to go back to its operations.

A Head of State Gulfstream G550 will arrive in Basel to undergo a heavy base maintenance by mid of November. A second Gulfstream G550 aircraft will enter AMAC's hangar beginning of November, to carry out a base maintenance check. AMAC is proud to have been chosen from the Head of State client to perform the maintenance check on their Gulfstream aircraft.

Two new projects on Boeing BBJ 737

A contract for a C-Check on a Boeing BBJ 737 has been signed and AMAC will welcome the BBJ 737 beginning of January. Besides the base maintenance, the BBJ 737 will undergo a cabin refurbishment. AMAC will carry out a carpet replacement, a side panel recovery and several cabin touch-ups. AMAC Aerospace is looking forward to welcoming the corporate aircraft in Basel, Switzerland. A privately-owned Boeing BBJ 737 entered AMAC's hangar last week to undergo a 1A, 2A, 4A Check. In conjunction AMAC will install an 'ADS-B Out' (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) and a 'CPDLC' (Controller-Pilot Data Link Communication) FANS system.
