Airports Authority of India get two new Executive Directors - Shri R.N. Srivastava promoted to the post of Executive Director (HR) and Shri Anil Kumar Pathak promoted to the post of Executive Director (Planning) in Airports Authority of India.
March 25, 2015: Shri R.N.Srivastava, and Shri A.K. Pathak have taken over charge of Executive Director (HR) and Executive Director (Planning) respectively on 23rd March 2015 in Airports Authority of India.
Shri Srivastava is MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and is having over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management both in Private and Govt Departments. He is dealing with various facets of Human Resource Management, be it at Airports, Regions and at Corporate Headquarters at Delhi and in the Private Sectors.
Prior to joining AAI, he was head of Personnel in a Public Sector Enterprise dealing in manufacturing of chemicals. Besides, he has vast experience of having worked in HR in various private sector organizations engaged in turnkey projects and manufacturing of engineering goods. He is a hard core professional, a total package of HR with utmost leadership skill and decision making in absolute terms and is a Corporate image of AAI.
