AFI KLM E&M Announces the Appointment of Benoît Rollier as Vice President KLM Engine Services

Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has the pleasure to announce the appointment of Benoît Rollier as Vice President KLM Engine Services, effective April 1st, 2026. He succeeds Martijn de Vries, who will take on the role of SVP Commercial as of April 1st.

Benoît has a strong background within the KLM organization and the aviation sector, with extensive experience in a variety of strategic and executive roles across Engineering & Maintenance, supply chain, and finance. Most recently, he served as VP Engineering for KLM and as CEO & Managing Director of Spairliners, a joint venture with Lufthansa Technik.

Throughout his career, he has developed in-depth knowledge of the engine business. With this broad perspective and insight, he will continue the chosen course and further drive the development of KLM Engine Services.
