Mente Group has added aviation industry veteran Zach Ungerleider as Director of Technical Services. In this role, he reports to Steve Main, Chief Revenue Officer of Mente Group.
Ungerleider brings more than 15 years of aviation experience spanning aircraft maintenance, engineering, and aftermarket sales. His expertise includes technical operations, maintenance program management, and customer support across a wide range of business aircraft platforms.

An NBAA Top 40 Under 40 recipient, Ungerleider holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate as well as a Private Pilot certificate with instrument, high-performance, and complex endorsements. He has performed maintenance on 36 different models of aircraft and previously served as Director of Maintenance for multiple Cessna Citations.
His technical background includes work within the Maintenance Engineering department at Textron Aviation, where he completed MSG-3 certification and Citation Sovereign+/Latitude Maintenance Initial Training through FlightSafety International.
Ungerleider also has extensive aftermarket sales experience with Textron Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace. At Textron, he managed ProAdvantage Programs, maintenance, and aftermarket modifications. At Honeywell Aerospace, he represented the MSP (Maintenance Service Plan) portfolio for HTF7000, TFE731, and CFE738 engines.
He earned an undergraduate degree in Aviation Business Administration and is completing his MBA at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
