Trent Zwiers Promoted to Interior Manager at Duncan Aviation's Provo Facility

Trent Zwiers has been named Interior Manager at Duncan Aviation's Provo, Utah, location.

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the promotion of Trent Zwiers to Interior Manager at the company's full-service maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility in Provo, Utah. This well-deserved advancement recognizes Trent's leadership and valuable contributions to the company over the past decade.

In his new role, Zwiers will focus on streamlining processes, reducing turn times, and ensuring every interior project meets the highest standards of quality. By leading the Interior team and collaborating with the Sales team and Project Managers, he aims to increase efficiency and deliver consistent results that minimize downtime for operators while clarifying and exceeding customer expectations.

"I am truly honored to step into this role and am excited for the opportunity to contribute, grow, and drive positive impact alongside the team," said Zwiers. "I will utilize my diverse experience in Customer Service and Production Management to ensure we are efficiently delivering the industry's highest quality products to our customers. I am deeply grateful to my current and previous leaders for their guidance and support, which has prepared me for this next chapter."

Zwiers has been with Duncan Aviation since 2015, serving in multiple leadership positions that gave him broad experience in customer service, production management, and project leadership. Most recently, he relocated to Provo and has been serving as Project Manager, where he emphasized efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver on-time results for customers.

"When I moved to our Utah facility as a Project Manager, I knew that I would be able to use a lot of my strengths to help drive project success and hold a high expectation for quality," Zwiers explained. "And now as the Interior Manager I'll be able to drive results from a more direct leadership perspective. I'm excited to work with this incredible team to see what we will achieve next."

Vice President – Modifications & Completions Phil Suglia, said he's excited to welcome Zwiers into this new role. "His track record of driving performance, developing talent, and fostering a positive team culture makes him a perfect fit to lead our Provo Interior team," he added.

Outside of work, Zwiers enjoys an active life with his wife of nine years, Emma, and their two daughters, Innes (3) and Roan (4 months). As a family, they share a love of the outdoors and traveling.
