Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Keith Pecko is its new FBO Services Manager in Provo, Utah. Pecko got his start at Duncan Aviation in December 2018 as a Line Service Representative on the same team he is now leading.
Over the past seven years, Pecko has advanced his professional career at Duncan Aviation and learned various aspects of the company’s business in the process. His two main goals in this new role are to focus on providing Duncan Aviation’s customers in Provo with the best experience possible and to make sure his team feels supported.
“When we feel supported and appreciated, we can provide much better service, connect with our customers in a more genuine, sincere way, and ensure the safety of our team members and customers alike,” says Pecko. “When I first started at Duncan Aviation, my manager was entirely customer driven. I felt like I was a part of something special as we constantly strived to exceed our customers’ expectations. I want this team to really feel that, too, to understand that we are unified through our common goal: Taking care of our customers.”
After earning a degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University in 2017, Pecko moved to Utah, to take advantage of the many outdoor activities the state has to offer. In addition to snowboarding and playing golf and soccer, Pecko loves hiking with his two rescue dogs, Wyatt and Finn. Having lived mostly near coastlines in his life, Pecko has a great appreciation for the beauty of Utah’s many mountain ranges.
Duncan Aviation’s Vice President of Modifications and Completions in Provo, Phil Suglia, believes Pecko is up for the challenge of his new position.
“Keith will do some amazing work in this role. The type of work the team does requires collaboration, empathy for those you come in contact with, and a heightened awareness for safety,” says Suglia. “I am confident Keith will ensure the team has all the tools required to accomplish their goals and continue to deliver world-class service to our customers here in Provo.”
