Duncan Aviation, the world's largest privately owned business jet service provider, has ordered Gogo Galileo HDX systems to ensure equipment is readily available as customer demand for reliable high-speed in-flight connectivity continues to grow. By securing systems, Duncan Aviation is positioning itself to respond quickly to its customers' installation requests, accommodate their demanding schedules, and minimize potential delays associated with equipment availability.
As always, Duncan Aviation is committed to providing aircraft owners and operators with timely access to the almost global coverage for in-flight connectivity made possible by the satellite-based Gogo Galileo HDX system, while maintaining the flexibility to coordinate installations around customers' operational needs.
"As expectations around inflight connectivity rise, we anticipate growing demand for Gogo Galileo HDX, and we want to be ready when our customers are," says Duncan Aviation's Modifications Sales Manager Nate Klenke. "Our customers operate on demanding schedules, and having equipment on hand allows us to respond quickly and gives us greater flexibility to plan installations around their aircraft availability. We have confidence in the technology and in Gogo's ability to support our team and customers over the long term."
Gogo, a decades' long provider of terrestrial-based and GEO satellite in-flight connectivity systems, is now offering a low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite-based system via the Eutelsat OneWeb network—the Gogo Galileo HDX/FDX. For just as many years, Duncan Aviation's skilled technicians at all three of the company's main facilities in Battle Creek, Michigan, Lincoln, Nebraska, and Provo, Utah, and more than two dozen Satellite shops throughout the country have installed hundreds of Gogo connectivity systems for its customers.
"Duncan Aviation understands the importance of keeping aircraft flying and minimizing downtime for its customers," says Michael Skou Christensen, Chief Revenue Officer for Gogo. "By planning ahead and ensuring Gogo Galileo HDX systems are readily available, Duncan Aviation is demonstrating its commitment to meeting customer needs without unnecessary scheduling delays. We're pleased to support its team with reliable connectivity technology, predictable service pricing, and round-the-clock support."
