The New Bombardier Logo

Bombardier's latest logo marks a significant milestone in the company's evolution towards excellence in the aviation industry. Named the Bombardier Mach symbol, it embodies the company's commitment to innovation and honour its rich heritage.

At the core of the logo is the silhouette of an aircraft breaking the sound barrier, symbolising Bombardier's ambition and forward-thinking approach. Additionally, the strokes of wind over the aircraft pay homage to the company's deep-rooted legacy and the iconic winglet imagery associated with the Learjet brand.

"This evolved brand is a catalyst for Bombardier to differentiate itself as a global leader, not just amongst aerospace and defence peers, but proudly with the world's leading inspirational brands. Our brand has been crafted to coherently tie notions of our heritage and precision-driven engineering. The brand describes our future, in which we will express a heightened sophistication of our technology, how our employees master their craft and, above all, the customer experience," said Ève Laurier, Vice President, Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs, Bombardier.

The evolution of the logo

The integration of technology with concepts of customer experience and sophistication is further reflected in the bespoke typeface accompanying the logo. Modern and refined, with subtle serifs, the typeface aligns with the symbolism of the logo and underscores Bombardier's dedication to precision.

"Bombardier's new impactful logo echoes the pride and passion we all have for our industry and will further be supported by a suite of evocative imagery featuring Bombardier's own team members at the peak of their respective craft. Their work to elevate performance and sustainability in business aviation, services and defence continues to redefine the industry," Laurier added.

With their expertise and passion at the heart of the company, Bombardier is poised to forge ahead and maintain its position as a leader in the aviation sector.
