A Seminar for Station Master Warrant Officers (MWOs) of Western Air Command was conducted at HQ WAC on September 14, 2026. The Seminar was presided over by Air Marshal George Thomas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, WAC, and attended by Station MWOs from across the Command's Area of Responsibility.

A common platform was provided to share best practices, exchange ideas and deliberate upon areas for improvement. Discussions focussed on enhancing the working environment, addressing common challenges and strengthening welfare initiatives for Air Warriors and their families.

The AOC-in-C emphasised the vital role of Station MWOs in fostering effective communication, sound professionalism and a welfare-oriented approach in the organisation to create a positive and conducive environment across Air Force Stations. The Seminar re-affirmed WAC's commitment towards personnel welfare, continuous improvement and professional excellence.
