AIRCAIRO, a National Egyptian Airline, has chosen CFM International's LEAP-1A engines for its growing Airbus A320neo fleet. The agreement includes CFM LEAP-1A engines for 15 aircraft, options for 15 more, and spare engines, bringing the total potential fleet to more than 60 LEAP-1A engines.

AIRCAIRO has relied on CFM engines since 2005 and today operates 20 A320neo aircraft powered by LEAP-1A engines, alongside 12 A320ceo aircraft with CFM56 engines.
