Embraer has signed a long-term agreement extension with Republic Airways to provide heavy maintenance for its fleet of more than 240 E170 and E175 jets. The aircraft will be serviced at Embraer's Services & Support facilities in Nashville, Tennessee, where Republic Airways has been performing heavy maintenance on its E-Jets since 2011. In addition, Embraer also provides components and drop-in AOG repairs.

Republic Airways has completed more than 650 heavy maintenance visits and logged over 3.3 million labor hours at Embraer's facilities in Nashville. The extended agreement will cover an additional 225 heavy maintenance visits and secure three dedicated maintenance bays for Republic at Embraer Services & Support facilities, ensuring continued capacity and scheduling flexibility.
