Rolls-Royce has inaugurated its largest Global Capability and Innovation Centre (GCC) at Manyata Embassy Business Park in Bengaluru, further strengthening its long-term presence in India. The 700-seat facility will house digital, engineering, and enterprise service teams supporting the company’s civil aerospace, defence, and power systems businesses. The new centre underscores Rolls-Royce’s strategy to expand global value delivery and enhance its capability base in India. Karnataka Industries Minister M.B. Patil attended the event, highlighting Bengaluru’s growing status as a global aerospace hub, along with British High Commissioner Lindy Cameron. The centre aligns with Rolls-Royce’s plan to double sourcing from India within five years and builds on its existing footprint of over 3,000 professionals and more than 1,400 engines powering Indian military platforms.
