The resolution comes in the form of a $90 million settlement, marking the end of a prolonged legal battle and financial tension between the two parties. The resolution also has broader implications for the Indian aviation sector as with a robust growth of 15 per cent, the sector is poised to soar towards making Indian domestic aviation the second-largest market in the world.
